YES, we are building and we are excited !

Hospitality House March 2007 Prior to Demolition
With an eye on progress, Eastside Medical Urgent Care
has purchased the property at 2226 Penfield Road
(former Hospitality House site on Rte 441) and is in the
process of building a new state-of-the-art facility to better
serve you and the Rochester community. This building
will replace our current office – it is not a satellite or an
additional practice. We hope to occupy this new space in
the early Winter of 2007.

Answers to help you make an informed choice
As most things in life, the more experience an urgent care facility
has, the better prepared they can be to handle a wide range of
injuries and illness. Eastside Medical Urgent Care has been providing
quality healthcare for over four
years. We have a system that works and staff with recognized
experience.
According to the American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine and the
Urgent Care Association of America; appointments are never required by
a true urgent care.
Eastside Medical Urgent Care currently has four physicians on staff.
In addition to our doctors, we also have four Physician
Assistants. Qualified staff are always available for our patients.
Eastside Medical Urgent Care has an AED (defibrillator) on site as
well as a fully stocked crash cart. Persons with life threatening
illness or injury are encouraged to call 911 or report to an emergency
room. Urgent Care facilities are not routinely prepared to handle
life threatening emergencies.
All front office and medical staff at Eastside Medical Urgent
Care are required to be CPR/AED or ALS certified (depending on their
position). This is an unusual requirement; however, we strive to
offer the best care available.
Eastside Medical Urgent Care has an X-Ray machine and a licensed
technician on site during all patient care hours of operation.
It is not unusual for patients to present themselves to Eastside
Medical Urgent Care with cuts. The severity has been from less than
one centimeter, to nine centimeters or more in length. We treat and
suture most wounds right in our office.
Primary care physicians are sent a typed report of your visit within
24 hours. If you need to see your doctor before your report is sent,
we have daily office staff that can fax the preliminary notes at the
request of your doctor.
The friendly and professional staff, and the quality of the care you
receive will assure you that you made the best
choice!
